A dynamic entrepreneur and investor, Kyle McAuley arrived in Los Angeles in 2012 after earning a theater degree from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle. Drawn to the city’s creative opportunities, he initially pursued acting and music, producing, directing, and hosting original content, including short films and digital projects. Over time, Kyle discovered his passion and talent for real estate and business, where he has built a thriving career.

Property Management, Business Owner

In 2015, Kyle purchased a condo in Northridge, California, as a long-term rental property. In 2022, he executed a 1031 exchange, selling the condo and reinvesting the proceeds into two properties: one in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and another in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. As a seasoned investor, he continues to leverage his expertise to build wealth and stability.

Kyle owns Moveabl., a thriving furniture and mattress business based in Inglewood, California, known for its quality products and community-focused service. Additionally, he is developing Moveabl.’s new platform, honing his strategic planning, business, and communication skills to drive growth and innovation.

Online Presence as Lunakye

Previously a professional emcee and disc jockey with VOX DJS under the alias DJ Lunakye, Kyle performed at weddings, bar mitzvahs, and corporate events for six years. While he no longer actively advertises as a DJ, he occasionally performs for friends and past clients. Kyle maintains his Lunakye moniker across social media platforms, reflecting his creative and professional identity.

Politically Active

Transitioning from entertainment to political activism, Kyle engages his audience through daily social media content on Instagram and X, posting two to three times daily. A patriot with conservative principles, he delivers sharp commentary on foreign policy, economic trends, and societal issues. Known for his relatability, humor, and ability to entertain, Kyle challenges critics while inspiring and uplifting his followers. His advocacy aims to foster meaningful change and a stronger nation.

Performing since age five, Kyle has an extensive resume of scenes, plays, musicals, and monologues. He performed in a hip-hop choir with his sister and landed background roles in prominent TV shows and films, including NCIS and major studio productions. Through NewFilmmakers Los Angeles (NFMLA), Kyle earned recognition for his award-winning work in producing, directing, and hosting original content.

Leadership in Film and Acting Communities

Kyle served as Committee Chairman of NFMLA for two years, overseeing activities, coordinating meetings, and assigning tasks based on team strengths to achieve collective goals. He maintained high morale and tracked progress with a positive, strategic approach. Additionally, he was a member of SAG-AFTRA’s Next Generation Performers Committee for five years, advocating for emerging talent.

Kyle earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts, graduating cum laude from Cornish College of the Arts in 2011. He also holds a Certificate of Completion (2008) from the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts and completed the Los Angeles Federation of Labor Civic Leadership Academy (2018).

Volunteer Work

Kyle donates monthly to Mending Kids, which provides life-saving surgeries for children. On a recent medical trip to Nicaragua, he worked alongside skilled doctors and technicians, sourcing supplies, transporting equipment, and assisting during critical operations. As the mission’s videographer, he captured and edited a compelling video showcasing the transformative impact of the surgeries, witnessing families’ joy as their children gained new chances at healthy lives.

Kyle practices daily yoga to promote mindfulness and physical well-being and maintains a regular workout routine.
